Sentence Analysis Textbook
The Sentence Analysis Textbook is comprised of eighteen lessons grouped into three sections of study. The first eight lessons examine the basic grammatical elements of simple and compound sentences. These lessons might be pictured as the trunk of a tree, with the study of verbals (Lessons 9-12) branching out in one direction and the study of clauses (Lessons 13-18) branching out in another. Unique to this program is the incorporation of both God’s Word and God’s world. The eighteen lessons in the student textbook take the student through the study of sentence analysis one step at a time, adding measured weights of challenge to previously mastered skills. In effect, then each lesson assumes mastery of all preceding material. Therefore the student will want to progress through the lessons in sequence and to make mastery the goal of each lesson.
