Shipping

• Our shipping rates are designed to pass on to our customers the actual cost of shipping, plus the actual cost of labor and materials used for filling and shipping the order.
• IBLP uses USPS and FedEx as our primary carriers at this time because they provide the lowest shipping rates for our customers.
• Our online store uses a weight-based shipping calculation, providing a more accurate shipping cost estimation for each order.
• All orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. All backordered items will be sent as soon as they are available via USPS.

International Shipping

If you request that your order be shipped outside of North America, please be aware that many packages sent internationally take two or more months in transit.

Additionally, we cannot ship to some countries. IBLP cannot guarantee delivery, and can only seek reimbursement for packages lost in the United States. Once the package leaves the United States, the customer bears the risk of loss.

By purchasing, you agree to this risk of loss term. Alternatively, we welcome international customers to contact our customer service to inquire if a custom digital product can be arranged for your order.

Payment

We accept VISA®, Mastercard®, Discover®, and American Express® as payment for online orders for the convenience of our customers, but discourage the use of credit cards as a means of going into debt.
