How to Return an Item to Us
Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed.
Damaged or defective goods may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Other items may be returned, unused, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping and handling).
All returns made between 30 and 90 days after receipt are subject to a 20% restocking charge. No returns after 90 days.
Please enclose a copy of the packing list with your return and indicate how you would prefer to receive your refund: IBLP credit, or in the form of original payment.
