Shipping
For your convenience, we offer a shipping options via United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. When you place your order, you will be presented with a list of available options and the cost of each shipping option. From this list you can choose whichever option best fits your needs.
- Our shipping rates are designed to pass on to our customers the actual cost of shipping, plus the actual cost of labor and materials used for filling and shipping the order.
- IBLP uses USPS and FedEx as our primary carriers at this time because they provide the lowest shipping rates for our customers.
- Our online store uses a weight-based shipping calculation, providing a more accurate shipping cost estimation for each order.
All orders for in-stock items will be shipped within seven business days of the date when your order is placed. All backordered items will be sent as soon as they are available via USPS.
Payment
We accept VISA and MasterCard as payment for online orders for the convenience of our customers, but discourage the use of credit cards as a means of going into debt.

International Orders
If you do not live in the United States, we are unable to process your order through our Web site. Please call us at 630-323-9610 to place your order by phone.
